Добрый день !

Отдыхал в отеле в начале ноября 2025 года один. Что первое бросилось в глаза:
- дружелюбное общение как со стороны ресепшена, так и со стороны иных сотрудников отеля (портье, работники ресторана, уборщики). Все улыбаются, что приятно;
- чистый пляж;
- большой выбор блюд «на шведском столе».

Важно: на ресепшене есть русскоязычный персонал.

Из остального: каждый день в номере убирались, обновляли запасы воды и чайных принадлежностей.

Минусов не было.

Stayed in this hotel from 1st till 5 October 2025 with my family. Enjoyed every part of the service: reception, kitchen, pool, beach access and others. Staff employees Ajid made crucial help in upgrading our room. Other staff members, almost every person here in hotel are ready to help and really interested in finding your relax.

This hotel was amazing. Everything from the room with amazing views of the gorgeous architecture of Dubai, to the warm, welcoming and efficient service provided by staff members in particularly the dining staff which consisted of exceptional professionals like Ginalyn who made my experience that much better.

Before making a reservation with this hotel, I saw reviews complaining about the air conditioning in the room, however, the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly.

Shoutout to the bartenders who make the best cocktails ive ever had. Shoutout to the housekeeping team who made my room spotless everyday.
